Best Race; London Marathon 2014, Atmosphere was second to none got cheered on all the way round and raised over £400 for bowel cancer research in the process (with lots of help from Andrea (sister) and lots of donations from club members,so a big thankyou to you all!!!)

Worst Race; London Marathon 2014, Walked into a bollard at Euston Station the day before the marathon and gave myself a dead leg.  On race day i got to just over halfway and knew i was struggling. I had to walk/slow jog the last 8 miles whilst cramping up at the same time not very good at all and finally finished an hour longer than i wanted to!! Never mind ill be back!!

Something you didnt know about me; I was a 30 a day smoker until 6 years ago,now i run 3 times a week play 5a side football and to date have completed 5 Marathons all thanks to Andrea yet again!!

Claim to Fame :  I was Paul Scholes`s football captain. For one game at under 11`s for Middleton Boys, wonder whatever happened to him???
