This years Annual Presentation night:
Karen Hallett and Anne Lowe completed the 13 Arches in Radcliffe this Sunday - a tough off road 13 mile course - very cold conditions - well done Ladies :-)
Heaton Park XC took place at on Saturday....we are still awaiting the results. Thankyou to everyone who helped set up, dismantle and marshall the course - we cannot run these events without this help !
Toni Brackstone, Emma Ball, Mick Bull and Francis Harwood all did the 10 mile off road Bolton abbey today. Toni & Emma came in 19th & 11th female well done ladies !
Leo Cain, Martin Sampson and Jo Lynch all did Cheshire 10k this weekend.

Steve Bassam is at it again........ hes only on his 3rd marathon in 8 days ...... all i can say is it must be the Weetabix . Amazing achievement.......... Well done Steve!

Monday night sprint training sessions are hill reps will be Back at arena from the 19th September. Dont forget to be visable.Or track session at Kingsway Park Sports Centre, 7pm, Turf Hill Rd, Rochdale OL16 4XA (there is a £2.00 charge for this facility) free to link for life members.
The Thursday night fell runs can be found in the fell running section. Please note: Now its dark nights dont forget your head torch. Members should always ensure you bring a hat, gloves, waterproof and extra layers, you never know what the weather may be like on the fells.
