Best race: not done loads but I loved Preston 10k 2013, I felt so good, really comfortable and loved every minute of it.

Worst race: Fleetwood half marathon 2013, very isolating experience, no crowd, boring course, very hot, I could go on.......

Something we don't know about you: I used to play the Tenor Horn pretty well and played at the Royal Albert Hall

Claim to fame: I met Take That in their heyday as part of a Christmas Day edition of Going Live, Robbie Williams was an idiot! Just saying!
