Couch to 5K (C25K) - We have a rolling programme for complete beginners and others returning to running from injury or layoff. Please click here or select the Couch to 5K option in the left hand panel.

 

Our training sessions operate in a Covid Secure Environment and we ask everyone to adhere to government guideline and rules, including social distancing and the wearing of face masks where appropriate. Please note that your contact details may be passed on to Test and Trace if required.
